Drip'd provides an on-demand fashion delivery platform connecting customers with local fashion stores. We facilitate delivery but are not responsible for the quality of goods sold by store partners.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to store availability. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Drip'd charges a platform fee of ₹9 and delivery fee of ₹60 per order.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before the store packs them. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. User Conduct
Users must provide accurate delivery information. Drip'd reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
